Enjoy the privacy of this 4 bedroom 3 bath private pool home located 

10 minutes from Disney World in the Beautifully maintained gated 

Community of Cumbrian Lakes.

Perfect for relaxing after a day at the Parks. You can prepare your 

own meals in the fully equipped kitchen or dine out at one of the 

areas fine restaurants only minutes from the house.

There is a Super Wal-Mart only 3 miles from the house for all your 

shopping needs.

There is enough sleeping for up to 10 people.

The Master Bedroom has an en-suite bath, 2 W/I closets, cable TV and 

access to the pool.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The other 2 bedrooms each 

have 2 twin beds and share a Jack and Jill Bath.

The Living Room has cable TV, DVD, VCR, Portable stereo, and couch 

that opens to a bed. Bring your laptop and enjoy free High Speed 

Internet.

rides, horseback riding, miniature golf, biking, and many more!

Rental Rates

Low Season Flat Rate $595.00 per week excluding Holidays

New Year's, Christmas, Easter, July 4th, Spring break. $695.00 

USD per week 

All above rates require a 7 night minimum.

Departure Cleaning fee $75.00.

13% Tax will be added to total.

Pool Heat available for $25.00 per day / $150.00 per week

Please call for Monthly rates and rates for stays of less than 7 

nights.
